WHY MAKE THE SWITCH TO SELF-EDIT TEMPLATES?

Over the past few years we've noticed a client preference to DIY and have had many requests for self-edit options. We had avoided the self-edit market due to the detail of our designs and wanting to keep our cards unique. With the launch of updated software from Corjl new tools were offered that allowed us to make the switch but still offer our detailed card designs. Corjl allows you to purchase, edit and download our card designs in minutes vs. purchasing and waiting 24-48 hours for your card to be completed by us. A self-edit template also gives the client the freedom to try different edits, photos or fonts to personalize YOUR card design to YOUR preferences. This also allows us to offer our card designs at much lower prices!

WHAT EXACTLY IS CORJL?

Corjl is an in-browser editing platform for card templates, signs, party decor, etc. A designer (that would be us!) creates a template in Corjl and programs the template with editable elements for the client to personalize the card. The Corjl platform is in-browser, so you do not have to download any software or have any specific devices to edit. Check out the demo link of any card design to see what Corjl is like!

WHAT IS THE "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY" DEMO LINK?

Each card design has a special live demo link that allows you to test the card design editing in Corjl before purchase. You can edit the card exactly as you would for purchase, including testing your photos. We HIGHLY encourage everyone to test their card choice before purchase to be sure that your photos work well in the design, your wording fits the card, and that you can edit the card how you envision it to be.

HOW DO I EDIT MY CARD TEMPLATE?

After purchase you will receive an email from Corjl with the access link to your card. You will have to create a free Corjl account to access your template, but it's fast and easy AND you won't receive any spam emails. Editing the text on your card is as simple as clicking on the sample text and typing in YOUR text. Adding photos? Simply click on the photo space in your template, click "replace photo" and upload your image! You can use Corjl to edit your card on a desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet or phone, but we recommend desktop and laptop as those options provide the most features.

WHAT CAN I EDIT ON MY CARD?

Each product has an image that will list what you can and cannot edit on a card design, as it varies by card. ALL cards allow you to edit the text, fonts, text colors and photos (if your design has photos). Some cards have background colors or accent colors that can be changed. Others have certain graphics or wording that cannot be edited or moved. Be sure to scroll through ALL of those product photos for important info!

CAN I EDIT MY CARD WITH ANOTHER PROGRAM?

No, our templates are specifically created on Corjl. Even we can only edit them in the Corjl platform!

WHY CAN'T I EDIT EVERYTHING ON MY CARD?

To keep our card templates user friendly, quick to edit, and to ensure your final product looks great we only grant editing abilities to some items on the card.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE MYSELF?

We offer an add-on "edit my template" service for a small fee for those who would like us to complete the template and email the final product to you. You will have to provide us with the wording and photos (if applicable) for your design and allow up to 24 hours for us to email you the completed files. You will still have access to your edited card design on Corjl even if we do the editing for you.

HOW CAN I PRINT MY CARDS AFTER EDITING MY TEMPLATE?

You can print your cards on photo paper at any photo lab for a single sided card or at any place that prints on cardstock for a double sided card. Corjl now offers cardstock printing as well. If you prefer to print elsewhere, Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, Walgreens, Shutterfly or Mpix.com all offer cardstock card printing. You can also print your cards at home if you have a great home printer. We have a detailed list of options for printing or sending digitally here.

HOW DO I SEND MY CARD DIGITALLY?

To send your card via email or text you would simply attach the JPG card files as you would any photograph. For a more formal e-vite you can use a digital card service such as Paperless Post, Greenvelope or Evite. Please note that Evite only send vertical oriented cards, Paperless Post and Greenvelope can send horizontal AND vertical oriented cards.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Since we offer the "try before you buy" demo option we do not offer refunds. We can view when a template has been accessed and downloaded.

HOW LONG CAN I ACCESS MY CARD? HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD?

You will have access to your card design for 120 days and can download the card up to 10 times. If you run into issues and need more than 10 downloads please contact us and we will review to see if we can grant more downloads.
