{Photo Effects}
Choosing a photo effect for your greeting is one step to customizing your greeting. We offer several photo effects to help make your greeting unique.

The handcoloring photo effect adds a layer of black and white over the original photo, and then erases portions of that layer to allow color to show through. This technique works best with simple shaped objects and bright colors.
The faded or antique photo effect simply tones down the original color of the photo. The degree of fading can be altered to allow more or less color to show through.
The sepia effect removes the color from the photo and uses brown tones instead of the traditional black and white. This photo effect works well with greetings that contain shades of brown.
The black and white effect removes color from the photo. This effect works well with greetings that are based on a black or greyish background and have colored accents.
The soft focus effect does not alter the original color of the photo, but adds a slight blur to give a soft, silky effect to the photo. This technique also works well for softening blemishes and hard lines without significantly altering the photo.
