{How long will it take to receive my proof?}
A: Although we try to get your proof to you within 24 hours, we do ask that you give us up to 48 hours in the event that we are busy. Most of the time, you will receive your proof within 24 hours.
{How long will it take to receive my invitations in the mail?}
A: The entire process depends upon how many changes we need to make to your proofs.
Our goal is to have your proof finalized within 48 hours, and sent to our printer.
If this is the case, you will receive your order within 5-
{What if I need my invitations ASAP?}
A: If you are unable to wait 48 hours for your proof and 5-
{How do I print my invitations from the JPEG file?}
The JPEG file is the same format as if you were to take a photo using your camera. You simply need to upload it to a photo lab, or save it to a disk to take to the lab to print. You can also print the file at home using your own printer the same way you would print any other document.
{If I order the JPEG file, where do I find envelopes?}
Depending on the size, you can find envelopes to suit our 4x6 and 5x7 inch greetings at Staples, Office Depot, Office Max, craft stores such as A.C. Moore or Michaels, or even through an online supplier.
{I need a size other than those you offer. Can you still design my greeting?}
Absolutely! Simply purchase our JPEG file and we can design your greeting to any size you need. We do need to know prior to starting on your proof where you are going to have them printed simply because many places require the use of specific templates that we would need to design your proof according to.
{I don’t quite see the design I had in mind. Can you create a custom design?}
No problem! We can alter or combine any of our designs, OR create a custom design for you. In the case of a custom design, we do ask that you allow up to 72 hours for your proof. Email us in advance with a description of what you’re looking for to be sure that we can accommodate your needs.
{I need an invitation for an event. Is that something you can design?}
Yes! We can make advertisements, invitations, or announcements for just about anything. Let us know what you had in mind and we would be happy to work on a design for you. Contact us for a price quote.
{Can I see my photos on more than one design?}
We ask that you choose only one design for your proof due to the time it takes to format your greetings. If you would like to see more than one design, we would be happy to do so for an additional $5 fee per design.
{Where can I print my own cover stock cards?}
There are many places you can print your own cover stock cards. Online places such as Vista Print.com, OvernightPrints.com, or mpix.com all offer cover stock cards. Cardstock cards can also be printed at your local Staples or Kinkos. We are not affiliated with any of these businesses, nor do we endorse them. If you choose to print at any of these businesses, it is at your own risk.
{What is “cover stock”?}
Cover stock is not to be confused with cardstock. Cardstock is a fibrous type of matte paper that is used for scrapbooking or other craft type of projects. It often has a bit of texture to it and a matte finish. Our press printed cards are printed on cover stock, a thick paper with a smooth lustre finish. Cover stock is similar to a postcard.
