{Terms of Use / Service}

By placing an order with Lil’ Sprout Greetings, you agree to abide by the following terms of service.

 

{submitting photos and information}

By submitting your photos to us, you certify that you are the parent or guardian of the child portrayed in those photos, or that you have permission from the parent or guardian of the child to submit the photos and information to us for use in the product. By submitting your photos to us, you also certify that you have obtained permission from the photographer or studio to use the photos and reproduce them as you wish.

 

{designs}

We will provide you with a proof to ONE design of your choice. Due to the time it takes to personalize each design, we only provide proofs to ONE design. If you would like to see your photos on more than one design, we would be happy to provide you with a second design proof for an additional $10 fee.

Text, font, pictures, colors and placement may be altered on our designs. If the design is being altered to the point of being a completely new, custom design, the custom design fee will be incurred. If you have questions about custom design fees, please contact us for details and/or a quote.

 

{refunds}

Due to the customized nature of our product, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. We provide unlimited proofs to ensure that you design is accurate and free of typographical errors. Slight color variations may take place due to some monitors being un-calibrated. Once you have given us approval of your proof and it is sent to print, changes cannot be made to your order. If there is an error made during printing or processing, we will reprint the order at no cost to you.

 

{use of your greeting}

By giving us permission to use your greeting on our site, Lil’ Sprout Greetings has your permission to alter the information on your greeting for your privacy, and to use your greeting on our website, blog, or print advertisement. You may indicate that you DO NOT give us permission to use your greeting by selecting the option when placing your order. If you decide at a later time that you no longer wish your greeting to be used on our website, blog, or print advertisements, you may contact us and we would be happy to remove your greeting.
